Roman
Architecture changed and advanced the world. The Romans did this by introducing
new methods of architecture; columns and arches. With these methods they
were able to construct huge temples and buildings that now have lasted
nearly two thousand years of warfare and harsh weather elements.
On
this Web site you will find graphically portrayed columns and arches of
Roman Architecture demonstrated through digital photos and by scanned sketches
of my drawings. You will aslo find on this site digital photos of other
famous Roman buildings to further show the feats of the ancient architechs.
